Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Franchise Network Growth & Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective franchise partners across Bastar District and surrounding regions.
- Manage the complete franchise onboarding process — KYC, FSSAI licensing, deposit (Rs. 5,00,000), ERPNext code creation, agreement execution, and asset deployment.
- Target a minimum of 2 new franchise outlets per quarter as part of network expansion KRA.
- Earn sales incentive of 1% of deposit (Rs. 5,000) per successfully signed and operational franchise.
2. Franchise Outlet Operations & Compliance
- Conduct structured outlet visits across all 7 routes — JDP (weekly), NGR (2x monthly), DNG/BPR/RPR/BKD/SKM (monthly).
- Oversee field executives: Mr. Mohammad Sadab Khan (JDP & NGR route) and Mr. Pramod Tiwari (BPR & DNG route); personally supervise all outer routes.
- Enforce franchise agreement compliance: exclusive selling, digital payments only, shop timing 6 AM–9 PM daily, no expired stock, FSSAI validity.
- Conduct complete outlet audit at every visit: asset check, cold chain verification, stock availability, crate balance, UPI compliance, hygiene.
3. Business Development for Franchise Outlets
- Actively drive business volume to franchise outlets — do not treat outlets as passive order-takers.
- Assign small line customers in the vicinity of franchise outlets to increase their counter + delivery sales volume.
- Connect new outlets with local bulk buyers: hostels, hotels, tiffin centres, offices, and schools within their catchment area.
- Manage and grow institutional supply to CRPF camps — maintain camp contact list in ERP, ensure timely delivery, gate pass compliance, payment tracking.
- Execute 30-day local launch drive for every new franchise: area awareness, WhatsApp promotion, product catalogue distribution.
4. Asset Management & Branding
- Maintain a complete Company Godown Asset Register in ERPNext — track all spare fridges, machines, boards, racks, and stationery by serial number.
- Manage branding material procurement exclusively from approved vendor Suraj Digital — raise orders only after design approval (Operations Manager) and budget approval (Director).
- Ensure all Sign Boards, Flex Boards, Lollipop Boards, and Rate Lists are current, undamaged, and installed correctly at every outlet.
- Maintain a Fridge Service Register: every Visi Cooler and Vadilal Machine to be serviced every 3 months with serial number tracking, temperature verification, and ERP entries.
- Respond within 24 hours to any fridge breakdown — deploy spare from godown if required to prevent cold chain failure.
5. Warehouse Management — Depo & Sanjay Market
- Supervise two city warehouses — Depo Warehouse (Balaji Ward) and Sanjay Market Warehouse — with minimum 1 visit per week each.
- Monitor stock levels, cold chain, crate management, hygiene, and customer pickup compliance (no stock release without ERP advance balance verification).
- Coordinate with Operations Manager for daily stock replenishment and warehouse asset maintenance.
6. ERP Documentation, Reporting & Cold Chain
- Maintain 100% ERP-compliant records: franchise agreements, KYC, asset handover forms, fridge service logs, expense claims, visit reports, and sales data.
- Submit daily activity report, weekly team audit summary, and monthly KRA performance report to Director.
- Process all expense claims through ERPNext by the 5th of each month with full KM log and receipt documentation.
- Enforce cold chain compliance across all outlets and warehouses — all dairy products refrigerated immediately on delivery; frozen items at -18°C or below.
7. Team Management & Festivals
- Lead, schedule, debrief, coach, and appraise the field team — Mr. Mohammad Sadab Khan and Mr. Pramod Tiwari.
- Plan advance festival order drives for all major festivals: Diwali, Navratri, Holi, Id, Dussehra, Christmas, Raksha Bandhan.
- Coordinate seasonal demand forecasting with production team for stock readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
MANDATORY: Master's Degree is mandatory. Applications without a Master's degree will not be considered.
Category Requirement / Detail
Education Master's Degree — MBA in Marketing, Sales, Rural Management, Agribusiness, or FMCG Supply Chain. PGDM candidates with equivalent post-graduate qualification considered. Candidates with dual qualification (MBA + relevant certification) given priority.
Experience Minimum 5 years — up to 10+ years in field sales, distribution management, franchise operations, or FMCG channel management. Candidates with experience in dairy, cold chain, or food & beverage industry strongly preferred.
Network Mgmt. Demonstrated experience managing multi-route distribution: 30+ outlets OR 3+ distributor/franchise territories simultaneously. Proven ability to grow a channel network, not just maintain it.
Team Leadership Experience as a team leader or supervisor of minimum 2 field executives. Must have a structured approach to daily reporting, field scheduling, and performance review.
Institutional Sales Prior experience in institutional / bulk customer sales to government establishments, defence canteens, hotels, hostels, schools, or corporate cafeterias is a significant advantage.
Geography Candidates from Jagdalpur, Bastar District, or Chhattisgarh with knowledge of local market dynamics, district routes, and regional language (Hindi / Chhattisgarhi) strongly preferred.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS
MANDATORY: ERPNext and Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency are non-negotiable mandatory requirements.

Negotiation Strong negotiation skills for franchise acquisition, institutional client tie-ups, and vendor coordination. Able to close deals and build long-term commercial relationships.
Resilience & Field Fitness Comfortable with regular multi-day outer route trips across remote Bastar districts including Bijapur, Dantewada, Narayanpur, and Sukma. Able to work independently in the field.
