Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar products and services
  • Explain benefits of solar energy (cost savings, sustainability, government subsidies)
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule site visits or meetings for field sales executives
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to solar installations
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
