Job Description
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for retail and office roles.
- Onboarding: Handle documentation, verification, and induction training.
- Attendance & Payroll: Track biometric attendance, leave records, and assist with salary processing.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage EPF and ESIC portals and documentation.
- HR Admin: Maintain the HRIS database, resolve employee grievances, and organize engagement activities.
