About the Role: Aroa Spa & Wellness is looking for a confident, customer-focused Business Development & Sales Executive who can drive revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is not a desk sales role—you will be the face of our Calangute outlet, responsible for converting walk-ins, generating new business, building local partnerships, and ensuring every client leaves wanting to return.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesAchieve monthly revenue and membership targets.
• Generate new business through hotels, resorts, travel agents, and local partnerships.
• Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed bookings and premium treatments.
• Promote memberships, packages, gift vouchers, and seasonal offers.
• Follow up with leads and past clients to drive repeat business.
• Customer ExperienceWelcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Recommend treatments based on client needs and preferences.
• Handle appointments, enquiries, and customer feedback efficiently.
• Maintain exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey.
• Outlet OperationsCoordinate daily bookings and therapist schedules.
• Ensure the reception and guest areas are always presentation-ready.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Support marketing activities and in-store promotions.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Front Office.
• Experience in the Spa, Salon, Wellness, Luxury Hospitality, or Beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident using WhatsApp Business, MS Office, and booking/POS systems.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working weekends and holidays.
