Guest Relations Executive

Job Responsibilities 

• Guest Experience ManagementWelcome and engage with guests to ensure a warm and personalized dining experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP guests.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing guest needs proactively.
• Monitor guest interactions and service standards throughout the restaurant.
• Guest Feedback & Complaint ResolutionHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Take ownership of guest issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement service enhancement initiatives based on guest insights.
• Reservations & Front Desk OperationsOversee reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
• Ensure optimal table management and smooth guest flow during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to accommodate special guest requests.
• Team Coordination & TrainingWork closely with service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff on guest service standards and hospitality etiquette.
• Promote a culture of customer excellence and professional conduct.
• Guest Engagement & Brand PromotionMaintain guest records and preferences for personalized service.
• Support promotional events, festive celebrations, and marketing initiatives.
• Encourage repeat business through relationship-building and guest loyalty programs.
• Reporting & AdministrationPrepare guest satisfaction reports and service improvement recommendations.
• Maintain records of guest feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
• Ensure reception and guest-facing areas are maintained to the highest standards.
