Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Executive & Sales Support professional to manage day to day office operations, coordinate technician schedules and service assignments, handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with leads, coordinate between customers, technicians and the sales team, maintain service and sales records, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, basic computer knowledge, be comfortable speaking with customers, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in operations, customer service, sales coordination or a similar role will be preferred.
