Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities

·     Handling Sales & Operation At branch of banking products to clients. Products might include either Gold loan, Insurance products & there are other small products.

.   Jre needs to Operate in their own respective branch.

·         Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.

·         Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships

·         Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients

Competencies and Skills Required

·         Communication skills ( Regional Language with Basic English)

·         Pleasing and positive attitude

·         Analysing skills

  1. Jre will have Incentives - Quarterly (3 months) ranging from (10k to 25k).
  2.  JREs will be Promoted as Assistant managers after 2 years of their Service
