We are hiring a responsible, energetic and customer-focused Store Manager for our Bareilly outlet.

Role SummaryThe Store Manager will be responsible for the complete day-to-day functioning of the outlet, including team management, customer experience, sales, hygiene, stock control and operational discipline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete daily outlet operations
• Lead, supervise and motivate the store team
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• Ensure fast service and consistent product quality
• Monitor daily sales and overall store performance
• Improve AOV through add-ons, beverages and upselling
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain stock availability and minimise wastage
• Manage staff attendance, grooming and shift discipline
• Ensure proper billing, cash and POS management
• Coordinate with central operations, supply and kitchen teams
• Maintain daily reports, checklists and operational records
• Drive genuine customer reviews and repeat visits
• EligibilityGraduate – Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, café, retail or hospitality preferred
• Prior team-handling experience preferred
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
