Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Guide, train, and motivate sales representatives to meet individual and group targets.
  • Daily Operations: Coordinate sales activities, manage lead distribution, and help close major deals.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track metrics, and prepare reports for upper management.
  • Customer Relations: Resolve high-level client complaints and maintain strong accounts.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans and step in for the sales manager when they are absent.
