*Role*: 

Handle customer queries on Call, Chat, Email & Social Media for E-commerce brand  

Resolve issues related to Orders, Returns, Refunds, Payments, Delivery


*Requirements:*

- Excellent Hindi + English communication

- Typing speed 30 WPM | Basic CRM, Excel knowledge

- Good problem solving & customer service skills

- E-commerce/Retail experience preferred
