Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify customer data in the system as part of the process.
  • Review and validate documents received from customers for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and verification tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Identify discrepancies in data and escalate issues to the supervisor.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to data entry.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
