Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Handling GST filing, returns, and compliance.
  • Managing TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing.
  • Maintaining accounts and financial records using Tally.
  • Coordinating with logistics teams for import-related documentation and procedures.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for billing, payments, and account-related activities.
  • Monitoring and maintaining monthly stock records and inventory reconciliation.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and account statements.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting and financial operations.
  • Managing vendor payments, customer outstanding payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.


Required Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally.
  • Experience in accounting and taxation.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage monthly reports, stock records, and import documentation.
