Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. - Managing reservations (Check-in & Check-out) - Handling phone calls and messages, redirecting calls as necessary. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including documents and spreadsheets. - Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing. - Managing inventory and supplies. - Managing F&B service.
