• Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support daily recruitment targets and hiring requirements.
• Learn practical recruitment processes under professional guidance.
