Experience: 0–4 Years
Qualification: Any Degree; BBA/MBA in HR preferred.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Recruit for technical, project-site, procurement, and corporate roles.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS reports.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Excel and job portal knowledge.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
