HR Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates according to the company's requirements.

1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment activities.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews.
5. Recruit candidates for Personal Loan Sales Executives, Telecallers, Team Leaders, and other positions.
6. Coordinate with managers regarding manpower requirements.
7. Explain job roles, salary packages, incentives, and company policies to candidates.
8. Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
9. Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
10. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
11. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
12. Maintain professional relationships with candidates and employees.

• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Educational QualificationAny Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
