Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage the production team, ensure timely delivery of orders, and maintain quality standards across printing related production work.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Manage and supervise production staff and allocate work efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor production quality and ensure products meet company standards.
• Track raw materials, production requirements, and material availability.
• Identify production delays, quality issues, and operational problems and take corrective action.
• Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
• Monitor wastage and control production costs.
• Maintain daily production reports and update management on production status.
• Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch of completed orders.
• Train and guide production team members when required.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping within the production area.
• Required SkillsStrong production planning and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of printing, signage, fabrication, packaging, or corporate gifting production.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
• Ability to handle vendors and production-related follow-ups.
• PreferredExperience in printing and manufacturing.
• Experience handling a production team.
• Knowledge of production costing, material planning, and quality control.

Qualification PUC and Above / Diploma with relevant production experience.
