Job SummaryWe are looking for an Operations Executive to support the installation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SafeCloak smart lockers. The candidate will work at locker sites and ensure lockers are properly installed, tested, and ready for customer use.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in installation and deployment of smart lockers.
- Test lockers, locks, keypad, RFID, display, and other components.
- Check locker functionality before and after installation.
- Support the deployment team during site visits.
- Identify basic technical or operational issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Maintain installation and testing records.
- Coordinate with the operations and deployment team for smooth site work.
- Travel to different locations as required.
- Requirements12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travel.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Smartphone knowledge is required.
