Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
• Maintain product quality by adhering to SOPs, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for seamless production flow.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production wastage.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory manufacturing requirements.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of production processes in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and hygiene practices.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Production within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in sweets, snacks, bakery, confectionery, or packaged food manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of production operations and quality standards.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
