Site Civil Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate residential construction activities from execution through finishing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
• Execute work as per architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
• Monitor RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship at every stage.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Plan daily activities and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Monitor manpower, material requirements, productivity, and work quality.
• Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure defects are rectified.
• Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and photographs.
• Coordinate with QS for measurements, quantities, and contractor bill verification.
• Ensure materials are used as per project specifications and minimize wastage.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and proper work practices.
• Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
