Job Description – BPO Team Leader (Healthcare Process)Position: Team Leader – BPO

Industry: Healthcare

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Location: Bangalore

  • Job Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of customer support executives.
  • Monitor daily team performance and achieve assigned targets.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions and performance reviews.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, Quality and Productivity.
  • Track team attendance, shrinkage and attrition.
  • Provide coaching and training to improve team performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO Healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of team handling and performance management.
  • Ability to manage targets, attrition and shrinkage.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
