Resposibilities:

Monitor, control, and ensure smooth warehouse operations (inbound, inventory, dispatch) with SOP and team coordination

1.should have a experience of team of 15 -20 people reporting directly

2. should have handled a warehouse with multiple SKU more than 100+ ( we are having 1500)

3. should have done a stock audit on regular basis atleast weekly and should be directly repsonsible for it

4. should have done daily dispatches around 50 invoices and above

5. should have handled multiple transport and arranged vehicle for delivery

6. should have basic excel knowledge

7. He should have worked in environment which is system driven (SOP)

8. He should be aware of finding RCA root cause and revising the SOP based on that

9. He should have reviewed performance of his team members weekly basis and given constructive feedbacks* Warehouse operations knowledge* Inventory & data management Using (Zoho/Basic Excel)
