Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

To present monthly EMI in customers account, updation of EMI status in FinnOne and update the collection receipts in delinquent customer account.

1.Account swapping / 2.Part-Payment (Tenure or EMI Amount Reduce) / 3.Due Date Change / 4.NACH / E-MANDATE/ PHYSICAL NACH or Pre-Fill NACH to be registered.

1.TDS refund / 2.Excess Refund.

1.Type of Closure.

1.Payment Updation receipt.

1.NOC issuance (Type of NOC)

Cross-Functional as and when business requirement
