Civil Site Engineer – Job DescriptionThe Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Manage and monitor manpower, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper execution.
• Maintain site records, measurements, reports, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and procedures.
• Plan and monitor material requirements at the site.
• Verify material quantities and usage.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
• Support the timely and efficient completion of construction activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site activities independently.
• Willingness to work at construction project sites in Bengaluru.
