Civil Site Engineer – Residential Construction

Location: Vidyaranyapura, North Bangalore

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month (Based on skills & experience)

IMPORTANT:

This is a full-time, hands-on SITE EXECUTION role. We are looking for a technically strong Civil Site Engineer capable of independently handling individual residential construction projects.

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering

• 2–3 years of hands-on construction site experience

• Individual residential construction experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:

• Independently handle day-to-day execution of residential construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction from foundation/RCC to masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.

• Read and understand architectural, structural and working drawings.

• Cross-check drawings and identify discrepancies or execution issues before work starts.

• Check reinforcement, shuttering, dimensions, levels, alignment and workmanship at critical stages.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.

• Coordinate with masons, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Take site measurements and maintain basic progress/quality records.

• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership of assigned sites.

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

• QA/QC experience

• AutoCAD

• BOQ / Quantity Take-off

• MS Excel

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Kannada – Mandatory

• Own Two-Wheeler – Mandatory

• Candidates residing in North Bangalore or willing to relocate preferred
