Civil Site Engineer

Location: Vidyaranyapura, North Bangalore

IMPORTANT

This is a full-time SITE EXECUTION role. Candidates must be comfortable working on construction sites every day.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. Civil

• 2–4 years of residential construction site experience

Key Responsibilities

• Study architectural & structural drawings and understand the BOQ to ensure proper execution.

• Ensure construction is executed as per drawings, BOQ and company quality standards.

• Conduct quality inspections for excavation, footing, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting and finishing works.

• Take site measurements and verify executed quantities.

• Monitor material consumption and report excess usage or wastage.

• Prepare Daily Site Reports, measurement records, QA checklists and progress updates.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

• Provide regular construction progress updates to clients.

• Identify quality issues, report deviations promptly and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Required Skills

• Strong drawing reading skills.

• Ability to understand and execute work as per BOQ and drawings.

• Ability to verify quantities and take site measurements.

• Residential construction site experience.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Kannada – Mandatory

• Hindi – Preferred

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential individual house construction.

• Preference for candidates residing in North Bangalore or willing to relocate.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
