We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Resolve complaints professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain customer records and update support tickets accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Meet defined customer service, quality, and response-time targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Customer service experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
