About the Role

FR8 India Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Customer Sales Officers to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, explaining FR8's technology and benefits, and onboarding customers onto the FR8 App.

Leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers using leads provided by the company.

- Introduce FR8 and its services/benefits to potential customers.

- Explain how the FR8 App and technology can help customers solve their logistics requirements and improve truck-load connectivity.

- Convince and assist customers in onboarding onto the FR8 App.

- Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with customers.

- Understand customer requirements and help increase their load connectivity with FR8.

- Follow up with customers regularly to maintain engagement and generate business.

- Closely coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure effective truck connectivity for customers.

- Achieve assigned targets through effective calling, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidates only for Work From Home.

- Age: 18 to 29 years.

- Hindi is mandatory.

- Knowledge of local/regional languages is required.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Laptop is mandatory.

- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphone applications.

- Flexibility to work as per business requirements.

Salary & Incentive Structure

The position is purely incentive-based.

- After successful completion of the training session and achievement of the first target, ₹10,000 confirmation amount will be provided.

- After that, earnings will be calculated based on the number of targets completed.

- Average incentive: ₹3,000 per target.

- Total earnings depend on individual performance and target achievement.
