About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused CX Executive with excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer experience, customer support, or customer-facing sales, with the ability to handle customer queries across multiple communication channels while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, and live chat.
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in both written and verbal interactions.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations, and challenging situations with patience and composure.
• Use convincing and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and guide them toward suitable resolutions.
• Manage customer interactions and related processes using tools such as Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar CRM/customer support platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in customer experience, customer support, customer service, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Prior experience interacting directly with customers is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — non-negotiable.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, or similar customer/order management tools is preferred.
• Experience handling all three channels: calls, emails, and chat.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
• Strong customer-handling skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Working Days & TimingsWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Rotational
