• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve assigned KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, and productivity.
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support is preferred.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with international customers and different accents.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the assigned Bangalore location.
