* Good communication & interpersonal skills

* Basic understanding of Recruitment / Sourcing

* Good knowledge and interest in Football/Sports preferred

* Understanding of football rules, positions & basic terminology

* Candidate screening & interviewing skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

* Ability to maintain recruitment trackers

* Target-oriented approach

💰 Salary & Benefits

* ₹20K – ₹22K per month + Incentives

* 2% TDS deduction applicable
