Job Description – ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Department: Engineering / Projects

Location: RR NAGAR.

Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintain required quality, safety, and project standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site activities.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Measure and verify quantities of completed work.
• Prepare daily and progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate material requirements and maintain proper site records.
• Identify site issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Assist with cost estimation, billing, and documentation.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, measurements, and inspections.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the construction site.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
• Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 0–5 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
• Freshers may also apply for junior positions.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
• Required SkillsGood technical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.
• Ability to manage site activities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
• Team-oriented and responsible approach.
