Job Description
Visit potential and existing customers/merchants in the assigned area.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
Onboard new customers and provide necessary support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups and revisit existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market information with the team.
Maintain accurate records of daily field activities and sales.
Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues.
