Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive / Field sales
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 years
Working Days: 6 days/week
Travel: Required
Role Summary:
Field sales role focused on acquiring and onboarding Booking Offices and driving initial business with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new Booking Offices
- Generate indents for vehicle placement
- Coordinate with Traffic team for initial truck placement
- Handover onboarded accounts to operations team
- Work closely with Demand & Traffic teams for leads and execution
Key Metrics:
- BO KYC completion
- Indent generation
- Successful onboarding (first truck placement)
Requirements:
- Sales experience (preferably logistics/transport)
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Good influencing and coordination abilities
- Self-driven and adaptable
