Job Description – Operations Executive

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.

2. Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups.

3. Track order status and ensure timely material delivery.

4. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams.

5. Update order, delivery, and payment records in Excel or company software.

6. Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

7. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

8. Maintain proper communication between clients and internal teams.

9. Ensure smooth execution of orders from booking to delivery.

10. Support management in operational activities.

Eligibility:

* Any Graduate / Intermediate / Degree

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

* Good communication skills

* Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Preferred Skills:

* Customer follow-up skills

* Payment collection follow-up

* Coordination and communication skills

* Problem-solving ability
