Job Description
- Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the facility, programs, and promotions.
- Assist in managing reservations, booking party events, and check-in/check-out processes for guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area from time to time.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Manage appointment scheduling for parties, events, and group bookings.
- Maintain records and keep track of customer information in the system.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash register.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to engage with families and
- promote special events, offers, and new activities.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer comments or inquiries.
- olSupport the planning and execution of online campaigns and promotions to boost customer engagement.
