Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-oriented Greeter / Guest Relations Executive to create a warm and welcoming experience for customers visiting our jewellery or fashion retail outlet. The candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their basic requirements, managing customer flow, and ensuring a premium in-store experience aligned with the brand image.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store.
• Maintain a positive first impression through excellent grooming, body language, and etiquette.
• Understand customers’ basic requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executives or departments.
• Manage customer waiting time and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Offer refreshments, where applicable, and ensure customer comfort.
• Manage customer appointments, walk-ins, and basic visitor records, if required.
• Assist with customer inquiries, store information, and general guidance.
• Coordinate with the store manager and sales team to maintain a seamless customer journey.
• Handle customer feedback politely and escalate complaints or special requests to the concerned team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and reception area.
• Follow the brand’s service standards, customer confidentiality guidelines, and store policies.
• Desired Skills and QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Professional grooming, presentation, and body language.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong etiquette, patience, and the ability to interact with premium clientele.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills for appointment management and visitor records, where required.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, hotels, fashion, jewellery, or customer service is preferred.
