Job Description

We are looking for an HR Associate to manage end-to-end HR activities and support day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll coordination
• Employee engagement activities
• Employee lifecycle management
• HR operations and employee records
• Office administration
• Employee grievance handling
• Exit formalities and full & final coordination

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently
