Job Description


  1. ​Role: HR Manager leading full-cycle human resources operations and strategy.
  2. ​Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, candidate selection, and seamless new-hire onboarding.
  3. ​Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
  4. ​Performance Management: Drive performance review processes, KPI setting, and employee development programs.
  5. ​Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, workplace policies, and safety standards.
  6. ​HR Operations: Oversee compensation, employee benefits, leave management, and HRIS recordkeeping.
  7. ​Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred).
  8. ​Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  9. ​Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and HRIS software proficiency.
