Position: Inside Sales Executive / Sales Associate
Hiring: 4–5 Positions
Location: Bengaluru – Kudlu Gate
Salary: ₹4.2 LPA

Stable Money is a fintech investment platform that helps customers discover, compare and invest in financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds and Bonds. (Stable Money App)
Key Responsibilities
Customers ko outbound calls ke through financial products ke baare mein explain karna.
Banking products, Fixed Deposits (FDs) aur Mutual Funds ki sales/conversion handle karna.
Customer requirements samajhna aur suitable financial products suggest karna.
Daily calling and sales targets achieve karna.
Leads ko follow-up karke conversion generate karna.
CRM/system mein customer interactions aur follow-ups update karna.
Customer ke questions aur objections ko professionally handle karna.
Product knowledge develop karke customers ko clear information provide karna.
Candidate Profile
Inside Sales / Telesales experience preferred.
Banking, BFSI, Fintech, FD, Mutual Fund ya financial-product sales background preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Hindi & English mandatory.
Any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
Fintech products ko samajhne aur explain karne ki ability.
Job Expectations
Approx. 300 outbound calls/day.
5–6 hours minimum talk time/day.
High-energy, target-driven sales environment.
Customer conversion and revenue targets focused role.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Rotational weekly offs.
Initial 3 months mein leave restriction as per company policy.
Interview Location

Compensation
₹4.2LPA
Ideal Candidate
A candidate with BFSI/Fintech/Banking inside-sales experience, particularly someone who has sold FDs, Mutual Funds or other financial products, and is comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and targets.
