Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated Insurance Sales / Business Development Executives with experience in Motor and Health Insurance sales. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the general insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities:• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Motor & Health Insurance

• Pitch insurance solutions and close sales effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with operations team for policy issuance and documentation

• Provide after-sales service and renewal follow-ups

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/MIS

• Stay updated with insurance products, market trends & IRDAI guidelines

Eligibility:• Minimum 1 year experience in Motor & Health Insurance Sales

• Experience with Insurance Broker / Insurance Company / Agency preferred

• Strong understanding of general insurance products and sales process

Preferred Skills:• Good communication

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

• Client relationship management skills

• Basic MS Excel, Word & Email knowledge

• Ability to work independently and in a team
