Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and completing projects on time while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior fit-out work at project sites.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other subcontractors.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain site discipline and enforce safety regulations.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage site inventory.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and project managers.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, and billing support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior materials and execution methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Knowledge of BOQ, site measurements, and material estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
