The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, commerce-backed junior professional (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter) who can handle day-to-day accounting, GST/ITR compliance, and support bank audit assignments.

This is a hands-on training role—ideal for someone who wants to grow from voucher entry to spotting audit gaps before they become compliance issues.

What You’ll Do

Core Accounting & Compliance

• Daily voucher entry in Tally Prime (sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal)
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, cash book, and bank statements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy
• Support GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ITC reconciliation
• Assist in ITR filing for individuals and small businesses
• Help with TDS deduction, challan generation, and return filing

Client & Admin Coordination

• Collect invoices, bank statements, and compliance documents from clients
• Send timely compliance reminders via email/WhatsApp
• Travel to client/bank locations in Bangalore for audit assignments (as required)

Who You Are

Must-Have

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (freshers or up to 1–2 years’ experience)
• Basic hands-on exposure to Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into audit/compliance responsibilities

Preferred (but trainable)

• Prior internship or work in a CA firm (especially in audit or compliance)
• Familiarity with GST portal, income tax e-filing portal, or bank audit processes
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and audit documentation

• Practical GST & ITR filing for different client types
• Bank concurrent audit processes and RBI compliance norms
• How to spot audit gaps and prevent compliance issues
• Client handling, audit reporting, and professional communication
• Exposure to finance advisory, governance, and business consulting

Work Details

• Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka (office-based with client/bank visits)
• Timings: Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Joining: Immediate / early joiners preferred
