Job Description
*Job Description:*
We need an Operations Executive to prepare quotations, book hotels and vehicles, and coordinate tour packages from booking to departure.
*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare accurate package quotations
- Book hotels, transfers, and vehicles
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and vendors
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers on itineraries
- Check bookings, tickets, and vouchers for errors
- Handle on-trip coordination and issues
*Requirements:*
- Good Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of hotels, transport, and itineraries
- Good with MS Excel, email, and documentation
- Strong coordination and attention to detail

Note: This is a Sunday-working role. Weekly off will be given on a weekday.
