Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp Msges.
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project expectations.
- Explain Signature Homes' construction, interiors, renovation, and packages.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for qualified customers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team, site engineers, and project managers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and company information as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports to the management.
