Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance of assigned properties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, vendor-management, and organizational skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, requests, and service issues.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other services.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors, contractors, and facility staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure proper upkeep.
• Manage rent collection, deposits, invoices, and basic property-related financial records.
• Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable property, safety, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, maintenance activities, contracts, and expenses.
• Monitor property expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for property owners/management.
• Handle emergencies and coordinate timely resolution of critical issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, vendors, and service providers.
