The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for consultative selling, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions. This role involves interacting with homebuyers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the end-to-end property buying journey.

  • 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesConvert qualified leads into site visits, bookings, and closures.
  • Conduct virtual and physical property presentations and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand project features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and legal approvals.
  • Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM workflows.
  • Negotiate deals and collaborate with senior management for closing.
  • Update CRM regularly with lead status, customer interactions, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, channel partners, and documentation teams for seamless transactions.
  • Represent the brand at property expos, roadshows, and promotional events.

  • Real Estate industry experience / Channel Sales experience preferred
