Job Description
- Job Requirement Analysis: Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria, required skill sets, and cultural expectations.
- Job Description Creation: Write, update, and post detailed job listings across career sites, social platforms, and job boards.
- Talent Sourcing: Search for active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, database searches, and networking events.
- Resume Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications and resumes to evaluate qualifications and filter out non-matching profiles.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person screens to assess communication, baseline skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and align interview panels between candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Offer Management & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle pre-employment questions.
- ATS & Data Management: Keep applicant tracking systems (like Greenhouse or Lever) updated with candidate stages and feedback.
- Compliance & Metrics: Track recruitment KPIs (such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) while ensuring compliance with labor laws and hiring policies.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate background checks, reference calls, and handoffs to HR for a smooth onboarding transition.
