· Facilitate in Manpower planning & Recruitment.

· Assist Organizational Development Initiatives and Employee Engagement Activities.

· Perform on boarding exercise

· Perform Industrial relations functions.

· Communication & Information System& preparing correspondence as guided by the Manager.

· Employee personal file maintenance

· Data entry with respect to other HR Functions.

· Facilitate Separation process

· Time Office & Leave Management

· Payroll Process.

Knowledge on HRMS software.

· Other Secretarial work

· Typing Correspondence

· Adhere to Khivraj Motors rules & regulations
