Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Support payroll processing and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
• Coordinate training and employee development activities
• Assist in performance appraisal processes
• Manage HR administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers can apply for junior roles)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail / jewelry / finance sector
• Payroll handling knowledge
• Recruitment and employee engagement skills
