Job Description

📍 Location: Bengaluru – HBR, Layout

We are looking for energetic and confident professionals to join our growing team for Tele caller positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers/leads
  • Explain company services clearly and generate customer interest
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into potential business
  • Maintain call records and update lead status
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in Telecalling, Outbound Calling, Telesales or Inside Sales preferred
  • Strong verbal communication in Kannada, English and Hindi
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply
